Location and facilities:
About 70 minutes from Manado Airport, the Lembeh Resort is located on the west coast of Lembeh Island in North Sulawesi. It is located directly by the sea, in a private bay on a gentle slope and surrounded by tropical rainforest. Thanks to its secluded location, a stay here is otherwise characterised by tranquillity and relaxation, in addition to the stunning diving and snorkelling experiences. The resort is under German management and is committed to high standards in every respect.   

The Lembeh Resort is a very elegant complex whose buildings blend unobtrusively into the landscape structure of their natural surroundings. The individual villas each face the sea and, depending on their location, offer breathtaking views of the Celebes Sea and its fascinating island world. Their comfortable furnishings leave nothing to be desired and offer a king-size bed, desk with chair and safe as well as a minibar with free tea, coffee and drinking water and free refillable aluminium water bottles to take home. Air conditioning and a bathroom with hot water shower and hairdryer are standard features, as is a spacious veranda. All rooms can also be set up as double or twin rooms.

The (6) Garden View rooms are spread over two buildings and are located close to the dive centre and restaurant. They have generous storage space as well as a terrace with seating and a wonderful view of the tropical garden. The terrace extends across 2 accommodation units. The (5) Hillside Luxury Cottages are currently being converted into Premium Luxury Cottages and will be available as such from October 1, 2025. They have an elevated position and offer a fantastic view of the Lembeh Straits and its spectacular sunsets every evening. The spacious cottages are also equipped with a cosy sitting area, a semi-open bathroom and a spacious veranda with comfortable seating. All Hillside Luxury Cottages also offer space for an extra bed.

The beautiful (8) Premium Luxury Cottages are located closer to the sea and offer a breathtaking view over the
Lembeh Straits. Their spacious, modern living space not only impresses with its well thought-out tropical Indonesian furnishings, but also with ingenious details, which are expressed, for example, in special lighting effects or elegant furniture. An additional living area is also available. The individually designed cottages are located in the middle of the tropical resort garden and offer views of the volcanic mountains in the surrounding area, the turquoise-coloured sea and the magical sunsets. Four of the cottages are also furnished in a suite style and are therefore suitable for an occupancy of 4 people. A terrace with cosy seating elements, a semi-open bathroom with exquisite details and a rain shower as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan round off the offer.

And for those looking for something truly special, Lembeh Resort offers a stylish (1) cliffside villa with maximum privacy and a mesmerising 180*C panoramic view, offering breathtaking views of the volcanoes visible on the horizon and the truly captivating sunsets of the Lembeh Straits. The villa consists of a very spacious living room with flat screen TV and Bluethuth speakers, an equally spacious bedroom with large windows and an elegant en-suite bathroom with double sinks and indoor and outdoor showers. From the 3m x 9m private infinity pool you can enjoy the incredible view in the pleasant coolness of the water. Sun loungers here and on the shaded terrace and balcony create a cosy ambience. A private butler service provides additional comfort and a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits, as well as a massage, enhance your personal well-being.

Wifi is available free of charge throughout the resort. However, due to the secluded location, there may be interruptions from time to time. Electricity is available 24/7 at the resort. When there is no diving or snorkelling, there is a wellness spa and a freshwater swimming pool with sun loungers and comfortable outdoor sofas. The resort is under German management and exudes a wonderfully idyllic jungle feeling as well as a cosy and elegant atmosphere.

Restaurant: 
The menu includes both international and local cuisine. Thanks to their international training, the chefs at the Lembeh Resort have a broad repertoire of recipes, which is reflected in a varied menu that changes daily. The delicious ingredients are sourced from the region as far as possible. The Lembeh Resort also pays attention to specific dietary requirements or diets. Whether vegetarian, vegan, lactose or gluten-free, special requests are catered for here. In addition, the regular traditional Indonesian BBQs provide even more variety.

The resort bar integrated into the restaurant also offers an extensive range of drinks. In addition to a large selection of wines, various types of beer - chilled, of course -, a variety of cocktails, mocktails as well as long and soft drinks are the order of the day. Numerous coffee variations round off the extensive range. And all drinks are also served at the pool bar.

SPA: 
With warm colors and custom-made artworks adorning the walls and throughout the area, the newly opened (April 2025) spa invites you to relax and linger in an environment designed for maximum comfort and coziness. It features two treatment rooms, each with two massage beds as well as private bathrooms and showers. Diving:
The resort is equipped with its own diving centre and offers an extensive selection of rental equipment for diving and snorkelling as well as a camera room as part of a fully equipped photo centre, where your high demands on underwater image material are taken into account. As an amateur, you will find the best training in videography, photography and image editing here. As a professional, you will speak with partners 'at eye level'. The courses are customised to your individual needs. In addition to a large selection of accessories for purchase or hire, such as video lights and flash units as well as macro lenses or complete cameras, minor repair work can also be carried out on the relevant equipment here.

For the ultimate underwater experience, a number of speedboats are available, which can also be booked privately or with a personal guide and which can be used to reach the numerous diving and snorkelling sites in the surrounding area in no time at all. Towels are provided for you after each dive and coffee, tea and small snacks are available to replenish your energy levels.

Lembeh Straits is considered a top address for small marine life. Divers with a specific focus on macro will be thrilled by the variety of bizarrely shaped and colourful miniature monsters.
