Location and amenities:
The Cove Eco Resort is located on the private island of Yeben in the northwest of Raja Ampat - a remote region that remains one of the best-preserved dive sites in the archipelago. The island has an elongated shape and is about 50 hectares in size. It is characterised by a 7-kilometre-long reef and a 3-kilometre-long white sand beach. The beach is lined with tall coconut palms, the interior of the island is home to natural jungle and, near the coast, mangrove vegetation. The special resort location -protected from the south and west winds- allows year-round operation..

The only 10 bungalows are located directly on the beach and offer sea views of crystal clear water. They are available in two versions, each equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, mosquito net, veranda and safe. The Standard Bungalows, measuring 42 m², are particularly suitable for couples. The Superior Bungalows are twice as big with 84 m² and are suitable for couples and families up to 4 persons. They are additionally equipped with a small fridge, a kettle, a larger bathroom and a large terrace with table and sun bed.

All bungalows are built from natural materials and arranged to minimise disturbance to the surrounding nature. Thanks to the small number of cottages, the Cove Eco Resort can accommodate a maximum of 28 guests - and is perfect for those who value peace, seclusion and privacy.

Electricity is available on the island 24 hours a day. Free wifi, but somewhat slow due to the remoteness, is available in the common areas.

Restaurant:
The resort has a restaurant and a beach bar with a cosy lounge. The dishes are served individually and the chef is always eager to realise the guests' wishes. Barbecues on the beach are organised on request. A ping-pong table placed in the restaurant and a billiard table ensure that boredom does not arise.

Diving:
Divers can enjoy some of the best dive sites in the region at Cove Eco Resort thanks to its secluded location - and completely without other divers. The modern, high-quality rental diving equipment (you are welcome to use your own) is maintained by qualified staff at the resort's own PADI dive centre. Non-divers can try diving from the beach in a quiet bay with a professional dive guide. Nitrox is available free of charge for all divers.

Certified divers can look forward to trips to the best dive sites in the region. Dive sites are selected according to the experience and wishes of the guests - care is taken to ensure that no dive site is visited twice. Thanks to the unique location in one of the most biodiverse regions of Indonesia, natural, intact reefs and a coral paradise with an infinite variety of underwater life await you here. A no-fishing zone has also been established within a 5-kilometre radius of the resort to protect the crystal-clear waters with their marine life and to preserve the high density of intact biodiversity.

A with a"secret" manta ray spot with cleaning station is located north of Yeben and can be visited all year round. The resort is also in close proximity to the famous Fam Islands with Piaynemo, the Star Lagoon and the Melissa's Garden dive site, which offers an exceptionally intact coral world for divers and snorkellers. There are also regular trips to the popular dive sites in the Dampier Strait in central Raja Ampat, which can be combined with village visits, birdwatching or hiking.
